Heating Core 4.25"

Fat Daddio's Heating Core is the ultimate time saver. The solution to baking larger and deeper cakes in less time and with professional results. Simply grease/prepare the heating core on the inside and outside, place in the center of the pan (opening up), fill with batter at the same level as inside the pan, and bake. When baking is completed, remove the cake from inside the core, plug the hole in your cake, trim, and frost the cake. The superior heat conduction cuts the baking times, provides for a better rise, and even baking.

Recommended for all cakes larger than 12-inches and for pans deeper than 3-inches.
